- $20 cleaning fees on all bookings 
- $50 cleaning fees for bookings that are require more
*this additional amount may be taken from deposit after event
- $100 for bookings ending at 10pm and after
- $500 for bookings ending at 12mn and after
- $80 deposit required on all bookings, refundable upon good care of equipment and space
